06
Conservatory Dining (evening)
There's a silly-sized TV in here if you want to watch the big match, or a film. We'll be getting comfier dining chairs soon!

07
Walled Garden
Look past the acacia tree and you'll see the work we have ahead. Still, there's plenty of space here to soak up the sun or escape to dappled shade. With few adjoining neighbours, bask in the peaceful privacy, listening to the sea ebb and flow.

08
Lay of the Land
Come in through the front sliding doors and the kitchen is straight ahead.
The super king bedroom is off the kitchen as it used to be the sitting room; the en suite nature makes your morning cuppa-in-bed super simple! (We plan to block this door up when we re-do the kitchen, with its window being swapped for an open doorway.)
Turn left on arrival to the conservatory dining room, with an extending table for 4-8 and doors straight into the garden.
Beyond it, the snug tucks away at the back, ready for film nights, reading marathons, a cheeky doze or just staring out into the garden after an invigorating swim in the sea.
A little lobby at the heart of the home leads to the shower room, twin bedroom, and the super king bedroom.

09
Parking
Free parking on Kimbridge Park's residents-only private forecourt.

10
Secluded Setting
Kimbridge Park used to be a camp site up until the 1980s. Shinglesham is tucked away in its quietest corner.

11
Beach-in-Reach
A right, a left, through a shingled twitten and there ahead lies the beckoning beach betwixt Bracklesham and East Wittering.
