Local convenience stores: for everyday essentials, snacks and drinks, East Wittering village has a Tesco Express (parking at the back) and a Co-Op (offering many Cook! freezer-pleasers).
Butchers, bakers & deli-style shops: pick up fresh bread, pastries, meats and cheeses from the many welcoming independents shopkeepers in the village.
Larger supermarkets: for a bigger shop, there's a Tesco Extra in Chichester, and an Asda in Selsey... or order a delivery for when you arrive.

Beachfront cafés: enjoy coffee, cake or a simple lunch with sea views at one of the cafés along the front.
Fish & chips: treat yourself to classic seaside fish and chips. We love The Boathouse for a takeaway on arrival... just arrive by 8.45pm as it closes at 9pm.
Pubs & restaurants: there are cosy pubs and relaxed restaurants in East Wittering and nearby villages, serving everything from pub classics to fresh seafood.
